Our cover photo is by Jason Oksa. Jason lives in Ithaca and is studying photojournalism at
Tompkins Cortland Community College. The picture is of Cayuga Lake and features both a
parasailer and a sailboat. Taken during May 2005, the view is from Ithaca's Stewart Park.
